Transformer Partial Discharge Tester - Yangzhou Dary
Dary Electric recommends
TransformerPartial Discharge Tester is a partial discharge detection system developed by Tuopu Electric based on the IEC (270) standard, using the pulse current method principle. It also meets the technical requirements for partial discharge testing instruments specified in GB-7354-87, GB-1207-97, and GB-1208-97. This instrument has the advantages of high sensitivity, large dynamic range of the amplifier system, wide range of test samples, and simple operation. It adopts anti-interference components and a unique gate display circuit, with strong anti-interference capability, and features four types of high-frequency elliptical scanning. It is suitable for type tests, factory tests of high-voltage products, new product development tests, and quantitative testing of partial discharge in motors, transformers, cables, bushings, capacitors, transformers, arresters, GIS, switches, and other high-voltage electrical appliances. It can be used on-site by electrical equipment manufacturers, research departments, and power departments.
The Transformer Partial Discharge Tester has a wide range of applicable samples. It uses a large-area oscilloscope tube for clear waveform display, with high-frequency elliptical scanning (power consumption less than 1 VA), large dynamic range of the amplifier system, multiple frequency band combinations (nine types), and an auxiliary zero-marking system. The discharge meter has linear and logarithmic dual-power pointer-type heads and digital heads, simultaneously displaying the discharge amount of discharge pulses. Whether under small or large signals, the reading of the discharge amount is more accurate and stable. The TPJFC Partial Discharge Tester is small in size and light in weight, making it a portable instrument. It is a very beneficial auxiliary tool for researching and developing new types of high-voltage electrical products and improving product quality, and it is also an effective testing instrument for on-site judgment of equipment condition. This instrument is used in conjunction with a calibration pulse generator. It is especially suitable for power departments, manufacturers, and scientific research institutions as a practical partial discharge detection instrument.
