⑴ High-stability components are adopted. Anti-interference technologies such as floating, large-area, and digital filtering are used.
⑵ The instrument is equipped with two types of displacement sensors, suitable for testing high-voltage circuit breakers with different distance, speed, and accuracy requirements. When different sensors are inserted, the instrument will automatically identify them. The instrument can automatically identify closing (opening) operations and reclosing operations of high-voltage circuit breakers, and automatically collect all data after operations. The measurement and calculation process is automatically completed by the CPU.
⑶ It has automatic identification capability and strong self-protection functions for wiring errors during measurement of high-voltage circuit breakers, as well as incorrect commands and unsuccessful operations.
⑷ The instrument displays the sequence of closing (opening) operations and the actual closing (opening) time of each break. It provides a basis for adjusting the three-phase asynchrony and same-phase asynchrony of high-voltage circuit breakers during maintenance and debugging. Data related to time quantities with a resolution of 0.1 milliseconds are automatically not displayed or output.
⑸ The GKC-8 High Voltage Switch Performance Tester measures the travel and over-travel of moving contacts. As long as sensors are installed on the break of any phase of the high-voltage circuit breaker, the travel and over-travel data of all three phases can be measured and calculated simultaneously. The speed measurement accuracy of the instrument is 1% m/s.
⑹ The power supply box provides a 0-250V DC operating power supply to directly operate high-voltage circuit breakers. It is suitable for operating mechanisms with DC control such as electromagnetic, hydraulic, and spring energy storage types.
