With the development of society, people have increasingly higher requirements for the safety and reliability of electricity use. High-voltage circuit breakers play a dual role of control and protection in the power system, and their performance directly affects the safe operation of the power system. Mechanical characteristic parameters are one of the important parameters for judging the performance of circuit breakers. The GKC-E High-Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester is designed based on the "High-Voltage AC Circuit Breakers" GB1984-2003, and in accordance with the People's Republic of China electric power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for High-Voltage Test Equipment" Part 3, DL/T846.3-2004 High-Voltage Switch Comprehensive Tester. It provides convenience for dynamic analysis of various circuit breakers and can accurately measure the mechanical dynamic characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breakers of various voltage levels, such as low-oil, multi-oil, vacuum, and SF6.

2.2 Features
(1) Can perform electric operation and manual operation;
(2) Suitable for mechanical dynamic characteristic testing of various high-voltage circuit breakers within 500KV voltage level;
(3) Can measure actual travel and custom travel;
(4) Can realize single close, single open, close-open, reclose, and re-open operations of circuit breakers;
(5) Convenient wiring, simple operation, only one closing (opening) action is needed to obtain all closing (opening) data, can choose to save 50 sets of data, provide later query and upload to computer for permanent storage, and can also view and print all data and motion curves on site;
(6) Uses Chinese prompts for human-machine dialogue operation;
(7) Accurate data, strong anti-interference, small size, light weight, beautiful and elegant;
(8) Built-in clock circuit can display current year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and can automatically save setting data and test data even after power failure;
(9) Built-in delay protection function, can automatically cut off the action power after the circuit breaker operates, well protecting the circuit breaker equipment and the high-voltage switch tester;
(10) The instrument has built-in DC power supply, selectable range: 30-270V/10A, without the voltage drop at the moment of output of conventional rectifier power supply, which is very accurate for testing switch operating voltage.
(11) Can dynamically analyze the relationship between travel and speed of the circuit breaker every 1ms;
(12) Can be configured with upload software to achieve computer archiving, online viewing, and printing.
