The V-cone flowmeter is a new type of differential pressure flow measurement device that uses a尖圆锥体 (sharp cone) coaxially installed inside the measuring tube as the throttling element. It is a new type of differential pressure flowmeter, combining the advantages of the classic Venturi tube, annular orifice plate, and V-cone flowmeter, with low pressure loss, good stability of the discharge coefficient, and short required upstream and downstream straight pipe sections. The V-cone flowmeter retains the advantages of good stability and universality of traditional differential pressure flowmeters, and its unique conical throttling physical structure avoids the limitations of traditional differential pressure flowmeters. It can be used for flow measurement of various liquids, gases, and steam in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemical, chemical, and electric power.

(1) Low requirement for straight pipe sections; the V-cone flowmeter adopts a central streamlined structure and the rectification effect of wing-shaped supports, cleverly solving the problem of rectification in long straight pipe sections. It can reshape the velocity profile, directly rectifying irregular flow into near-ideal fluid in the regions immediately upstream and downstream of the cone (0.5～2D upstream, 0～1D downstream), fully satisfying Bernoulli's theorem requirements, achieving high measurement accuracy and repeatability.
2+7+1+1 (2) Complete specifications and flexible installation methods: optional flange connection, butt-welding, clamp-type, insertion-type, etc.; easy to make into jacketed insulation type (for measuring fluids that easily vaporize, liquefy, or crystallize), anti-corrosion type, flange pressure tapping type, square tube, insertion type, and other special structures.
(3) More reasonable structure: for the fixation of the conical throttling element, our company adopts wing-shaped supports (evenly distributed 3 to 8 pieces, depending on the pipe diameter), which on one hand makes installation convenient, firm, and reliable, and more easily ensures concentricity with the pipe, resulting in more accurate measurement; on the other hand, the evenly distributed wing-shaped supports perform secondary rectification of the pipe fluid (the function of a rectification grid), thereby reducing the requirement for upstream and downstream straight pipe sections and making measurement more stable.
