The YHL500 mining intrinsically safe ultrasonic flow sensor is a mining intrinsically safe device. The mining intrinsically safe ultrasonic flowmeter has a very simple installation method, no need to break pipes, no need to stop water, allowing customers to easily achieve flexible pipeline flow measurement. The flow sensor adopts advanced digital correlation technology and intelligent adaptive acoustic wave technology, using the "40 picosecond time difference measurement method" as the principle to measure the flow rate of liquid in circular pipes. The product has reached advanced levels both domestically and internationally, and can be installed in coal mines, industrial and mining enterprises, and other places. The ultrasonic flowmeter has strong anti-interference capability. It is insensitive to clutter signal interference caused by pipeline vibration. For places with short straight pipe sections, the fluid itself is highly disturbed, and the received signal is complex. Therefore, in pump rooms, as long as it has a very short straight pipe section (3-5 times the pipe diameter), it can obtain stable readings.

1. Influence of installation environment
When installing the ultrasonic flowmeter, it is generally required that the upstream and downstream of the flowmeter have straight pipe sections of 10 times and 5 times the pipe diameter respectively, to ensure that the flow state of the measured medium meets the instrument accuracy requirements. During on-site installation and use, it is often impossible to find an installation position that meets the requirements. Insufficient straight pipe sections lead to different measurement errors. The downstream straight pipe has a smaller impact on accuracy. When there is a straight pipe of more than 3 times the pipe diameter upstream, it can basically meet the use requirements. When the upstream straight pipe section is insufficient, such as when installing after elbows, valves, or pump valves, it generally shows positive errors.
2. Influence of pipeline parameter input
After the ultrasonic flowmeter is installed, parameters such as pipe diameter and wall thickness need to be input. When the pipeline is fixed and the input parameters are changed, the error in pipe diameter input will double the error in measurement results. The input error of wall thickness is positively correlated with the measurement error, but it does not have a significant impact on the measurement results.
