Industrial PC Relay Protection Test SetStandard 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output. With 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output, it can conveniently perform various combined outputs for various types of protection tests. Each phase voltage can output 120V, and the three currents can output 120A in parallel. The 4th phase voltage Ux is a multi-function voltage item, which can be set to 4 types of 3U0 or synchronization check voltage, or output any specific voltage value.
2. Convenient single-unit operation. The single unit is operated by a convenient and flexible photoelectric trackball mouse through a large-screen LCD display, with all Chinese display. It can complete most on-site test and verification work, can verify various relays and microcomputer protection, and can simulate various complex transient, permanent, and converting faults for whole-group tests. It is ready to use after power-on, with convenient and fast operation. Dual operation mode: when connected to a computer, it runs through a full set of Chinese operation software on the Windows platform, can perform various large-scale, complex, and highly automated calibration work, can conveniently test and scan various protection settings, can store test data in real-time, display vector diagrams, draw fault waveforms, and print reports online.
3. Powerful software functions. It can complete various large-scale and complex calibration work with high automation, such as three-phase differential tests, plant power fast switching, standby power automatic switching tests, line protection synchronization check and reclosing, etc. It can conveniently test and scan various protection settings, perform fault replay, store test data in real-time, display vector diagrams, and print reports online.
4. Rich switch quantity contacts. 10 contact inputs and 8 pairs of empty contact outputs. The input contacts are compatible with empty contacts and 0~250V potential contacts, and can be intelligently and automatically identified. Input and output contacts can be expanded according to user needs.
5. Large-screen TFT display. This unit adopts an 800×600 dot matrix large-screen TFT high-resolution true color LCD display. All operation processes are set on the display screen, and the operation interface and test results are displayed in Chinese, with intuitive and clear display.
6. Self-protection. It adopts a reasonably designed heat dissipation structure, and has reliable and complete multiple protection measures and power soft start, as well as certain fault self-diagnosis and blocking functions.
7. Has an independent dedicated DC power output. The device is equipped with one 110V and one 220V dedicated adjustable DC power output.
