Function Introduction
●Optical Digital Relay Protection Tester integrates optical digital testing and small-signal analog testing functions, and can be externally connected to current and voltage power amplifiers;
●Supports 10 independent FT3 optical fiber interfaces (8 outputs, 2 inputs), capable of simultaneously outputting multiple channels of sampled value (SMV) messages compliant with IEC60044-7/8 (FT3) specifications; supports synchronous/asynchronous transmission modes and multiple transmission rates; encoding pulses are strictly output with a 50:50 duty cycle according to standards, eliminating bit errors;
●Supports optional 8 pairs, 10 pairs, or 12 pairs of independent optical fiber Ethernet interfaces, capable of simultaneously sending and receiving multiple channels of sampled value (SMV) messages and GOOSE messages compliant with IEC61850-9-1 and IEC61850-9-2 specifications; sampling points are output at equal intervals, fully meeting the highest standards of the State Grid;
●Supports 24 independent SMV channel mappings (12U+12I), effectively solving debugging issues for devices such as three-winding transformer differential protection and automatic bus transfer;
●Can automatically detect optical digital signals, enabling automatic configuration of SMV and GOOSE information;
●Equipped with virtual terminal testing function;
●Has message oscilloscope function, capable of receiving and parsing sampled value (SMV) messages and GOOSE messages compliant with IEC61850-9-1 and IEC61850-9-2 specifications, enabling loopback testing of device output; simultaneously can receive optical digital signals from merging units (MU) or other IED devices, displaying their waveforms, amplitudes, angles, and frequencies in real time;
●Has message recording and message analysis functions;
●Supports receiving or sending multiple groups of GOOSE messages;
●The optical ports for SMV and GOOSE transmission and reception can be arbitrarily configured, either for simultaneous transmission and reception on the same port or for independent transmission and reception;
●Fully parses protection model files (ICD, CID, SCD, etc.), enabling automatic configuration of current/voltage channel selection, scaling factors, number of ASDUs, sampling rate, GOOSE information, etc., making protection testing simple and convenient, improving work efficiency;
●SMV abnormal message testing function, capable of simulating frame loss, loss of synchronization, flying points, out-of-order, abnormal quality, wrong value testing, message jitter, etc.;
