1、Six-Phase Relay Protection Calibration Instrument meets all on-site test requirements. The ZDKJ663C model features standard six-phase current and six-phase voltage simultaneous output, with current 30A/phase and voltage 125V/phase. Six-phase current in parallel can reach 180A. It can test traditional relays and protection devices, as well as modern microprocessor-based protections. Especially for transformer differential protection and automatic transfer switch devices, testing is more convenient and accurate.
2、All technical indicators fully meet the standard of DL/T624-1997 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-Based Test Devices for Relay Protection" issued by the Ministry of Electric Power.
3、Standalone operation with built-in high-performance industrial computer, main frequency 300-600MHz, memory 128M, 2-4G CF card, software runs under Windows XP operating system.
4、The first in the domestic industry to adopt imported brushed stainless steel panel and stainless steel keyboard, also uses touch mouse, overcoming the disadvantages of trackball mouse that is not flexible and easily damaged, and selects 8.4-inch TFT true color display with resolution of 800×600, making the overall operation of the standalone unit convenient and durable.
5、The main control board adopts DSP+FPGA structure, 16-bit DAC output, can generate high-density sine wave with 2000 points per cycle for fundamental wave, greatly improving waveform quality and test accuracy.

9、Equipped with GPS synchronization test function. The device can be built-in GPS synchronization card (optional) connected to PC via RS232 port, enabling two testers to conduct synchronous adjustment tests remotely.
10、Equipped with independent dedicated DC auxiliary voltage source output, output voltages are 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A) respectively, to provide DC working power for relays or protection devices that need it.
11、Has software self-calibration function, avoiding the need to open the chassis and adjust potentiometers to calibrate accuracy, thus greatly improving the stability of accuracy.
