Product Functions
1. Relay Protection Test Box Main Circuit: The input AC220V power passes through the fuse, then through the output control relay K1 into the input terminal of the dual carbon brush voltage regulator T1. The electricity adjusted by the large knob of T1 enters the isolation transformer T2 (which also serves as a current booster). The current booster has three tap outputs. The first tap outputs AC 0~250V with a rated current of 3A; after rectification and filtering, this tap can output 0~350V DC voltage. The second tap is 20V (10A). This tap, through a sensor and relay control, outputs 0~10A AC current; through a resistor, it outputs 0~500mA AC current; through relay switching, it can output 0~10A or 0~500mA DC current. The third tap is the high current terminal of 15V (100A). This tap passes through the sensor's secondary side and directly outputs 100A current, with strong load capacity.
2. Auxiliary Circuit: Similar to the main circuit, the AC220V power enters the dual carbon brush voltage regulator T1 through the fuse. The voltage adjusted by the small knob, through the isolation transformer T4, can directly adjust the output to 0~20V or 0~250V AC voltage or 0~350V DC voltage. The rated current of this circuit is 1A. Press the "Output Control" switch of the auxiliary circuit and adjust the small knob to output.
3. Measurement Circuit: The output of the main circuit adjusted by the large knob, including AC "0~250V", "0~500mA", "0~10A", "0~100A", and DC "0~350V", "0~500mA", "0~10A", is switched by relays on the internal circuit board. Each time a gear is switched, the corresponding output can be monitored. Among them, the "0~500mA" gear is included in the "0~10A" gear. When in use, the "0~500mA" monitoring is below the "0~10A" position.
4. Time Measurement: The device has a built-in 6-digit digital stopwatch, which can be started internally or externally. For internal start, press the "Output Control" switch to start the stopwatch, and short-circuit the stop terminals on the panel to stop it. The stopwatch has a separate power switch and can be turned off when not in use.
5. Audible and Visual Indication: The circuit device has a built-in audible and visual indication circuit. When the contacts of the relay under test operate, the contacts can be connected to the audible and visual indication jack of the test box, and the test box will emit an alarm sound or light to indicate the contact operation.
Relay Protection Test Boxis divided into two circuits: the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit. The main circuit is adjusted by a large knob, and the auxiliary circuit by a small knob. The main circuit controls various output quantities through the "Output Selection" button switch on the panel, and each time a different output is switched, the digital voltage and current meters on the instrument automatically monitor the output value. The auxiliary circuit is directly adjusted through the output switch, and measurement can be done with an external multimeter.
