1. Relay Protection Tester All technical indicators fully meet the standard of DL/T624-1997 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-based Test Devices for Relays" issued by the Ministry of Electric Power.
2. Standalone operation with built-in high-performance industrial computer, main frequency 300-600MHz, memory 128M, hard disk 6-12G, running Windows XP operating system.
3. The first in the domestic industry to adopt imported brushed stainless steel panel and stainless steel keyboard, also using touch mouse, overcoming the disadvantages of trackball mouse being inflexible and easily damaged, and selecting an 8.4-inch TFT true color display with resolution of 800×600, making the overall operation of the standalone unit convenient and durable.
4. The main control board adopts DSP+FPGA structure, 16-bit DAC output, which can generate high-density sine waves with 2000 points per cycle for the fundamental wave, greatly improving the waveform quality and enhancing the accuracy of the tester.
5. The power amplifier adopts high-fidelity linear power amplifier, ensuring both the accuracy of small currents and the stability of large currents.
6. Uses USB interface to communicate directly with PC, no need for any conversion cables, convenient to use.
7. Can be connected to a laptop for operation. The laptop and the industrial computer use the same software, no need to relearn the operation methods.
8. Equipped with GPS synchronization test function. The device can have a built-in GPS synchronization card (optional) connected to the PC via RS232 port, enabling two testers to perform synchronous adjustment tests at different locations.
9. Equipped with an independent dedicated DC auxiliary voltage source output, with output voltages of 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A) respectively, to provide power for relays or protection devices that require DC working power.
10. Has software self-calibration function, avoiding the need to open the chassis to adjust potentiometers for calibration accuracy, thereby greatly improving the stability of accuracy.
