High Voltage Generator is a new generation of portable DC high voltage tester designed and manufactured according to the new power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for DC High Voltage Generators". It is mainly applicable to DC withstand voltage tests on high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide arresters, power cables, transformers, and generators in power departments, industrial and mining enterprises, metallurgy, steel and other enterprises' power departments.
The chassis adopts a universal type, suitable for both vertical and horizontal use.
It adopts intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuit, applies PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices.
With large voltage feedback, the output voltage stability is high, and the ripple factor is ≤1%.
Full range smooth voltage regulation, with fine adjustment accuracy ≤0.5%, stability ≤1%, voltage and current error ±1% (reading ±0.2kV), current error ±(1%±1 digit).
The boost potentiometer starts from zero and is equipped with voltage scale indication.
0.75UDC1mA function button facilitates zinc oxide arrester tests with accuracy ±(1% reading ±0.2kV).
Overvoltage protection is set by dial code, clear at a glance, with error ±1%.
The voltage doubling part adopts materials that are lightweight and sturdy. The surface is coated with special insulating material, with good electrical performance and strong moisture resistance.
Folding support feet with large diameter area and good stability.
The JX-ZG series products comply with DL/T848.1-2004 technical requirements, and have passed the type test of the Electrical Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Power, strictly implementing enterprise standards.
