4. Operation aspects
(1) After wiring, check once to see if there are any wiring errors and whether the connectors are in good contact.
(2) During the test, if there is arcing, or any abnormal phenomena such as no display when starting up, immediately turn off the power and recheck the wiring.
(3) In actual wiring, the current output terminal should form a loop, otherwise the instrument will not output current.
(4) This current generator comes with random output wires; the external copper conductor should be selected according to 10A/mm2. (Standard configuration is two 3-meter test leads)
(5) The capacity of this equipment is designed for short-term operation of 5 minutes. If used for batch testing, the working time should be less than 2.5 minutes, and wait for 10 minutes before the next operation. For temperature rise tests (30 minutes to 24 hours), it should be configured according to long-term working temperature rise.
