High Current Generator / Three-Phase Temperature Rise Test Equipment Operating Environment
Dali Electric recommends for you
Working power supply: 220V or 380V ±10% 50HZ
Ambient temperature: —10℃—40℃
The product should be placed in an environment free from gas vapor, chemical dust, dirt, and other explosive media that seriously affect transformer insulation.
High Current Generator / Three-Phase Temperature Rise Test Equipment Usage methods and precautions:
The instrument must be properly grounded.
Connect the power supply, turn on the switch, the red indicator light will be on, and the current generator is ready to increase current.
Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, and pay attention to the output current indication on the operation panel until the required high current is reached.
During the test, once any abnormal phenomenon is found, cut off the power immediately, find out the cause, and then proceed with the test.
After the test, the voltage regulator must be returned to zero, cut off the power supply by the air switch, cut off the working power, and remove the test wiring in the reverse direction to ensure safety.
High Current Generator / Three-Phase Temperature Rise Test Equipment Precautions:
When newly installed or not used for a long time, before operation, use a 1500 megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground. Only when the resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohms can it be used.
During use, the current-increasing transformer and the operation panel must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
When in use, the current should be increased slowly and evenly, and avoid excessive vibration during handling.
The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the carbon brush should be kept clean. If necessary, wipe it clean with cotton yarn dipped in 90% alcohol.
This equipment should be stored indoors in a clean, ventilated, and dry place.
