Transformers and instrument transformers induced withstand voltage test is an important test to ensure product quality meets national standards. The longitudinal insulation induced withstand voltage test of transformer windings between turns, layers, sections, and phases is an important item in transformer insulation tests. The longitudinal insulation test requires a frequency multiplier power supply device to apply test voltage for withstand voltage testing.
The SFQ-81M electronic multi-frequency generator is designed and manufactured to meet the above requirements. It has been proven by extensive user use: its operation is simple, performance is reliable, and it can well meet the needs of transformer and instrument transformer induced withstand voltage tests.
◆Features of the induced withstand voltage test device
The device consists of a main unit, a step-up transformer, and a compensation capacitor, mainly used for induced withstand voltage tests of transformers.
Test frequencies of 50Hz, 100Hz, 150Hz, and 200Hz can be preset (optional), and voltage adjustment is by touch (step size can be adjusted in real time, selecting 1V, 2V, 5V, 10V), enabling multi-frequency test voltage output of the device.
An external LC filter circuit ensures the waveform distortion rate is within the specified range. An external compensation inductor with taps compensates for the capacitive current of the tested equipment, improving the device's load capacity.
Since the traditional three-phase five-column triple frequency generator principle is abandoned, the following advantages are brought:
1. Small size, light weight, easy to carry, and suitable for high-power applications.
2. Not only generates triple frequency but also can produce test voltage outputs at 1, 2, 3, and 4 times the frequency.
3. Simple operation and wiring, and the requirements for on-site test power supply capacity are greatly reduced.
