Product Overview:
This product is developed and manufactured according to the "Preventive Regulations for Electrical Equipment" to meet the requirements of the power system for frequency-doubled induced voltage withstand test equipment for high-voltage voltage transformers. The biggest feature is the adoption of a three-phase five-limb structure in the design, breaking through the traditional single-phase transformer bank structure, greatly improving the electrical performance indicators of the equipment and significantly reducing its volume and weight.
Product Applications:
It is suitable for withstand voltage tests of cascade voltage transformers at 35-220KV levels in the power system, to simultaneously assess the main and longitudinal insulation of the transformer, and can also be used as an induced withstand voltage test for motor and transformer windings. This is one of the essential test equipment for substation maintenance and test research units in the power system.
Product Principle:
The working magnetic flux density of the iron core is selected at the saturation flux density to over-excite the primary winding on the generator. The primary windings are connected in a star configuration, and the secondary windings are connected in an open delta. The vector sum of the 50Hz fundamental electromotive force (positive sequence vector) in the secondary windings is zero, while the open ends induce an in-phase 150Hz third harmonic (zero sequence vector) output. In the triple frequency transformer, the third harmonic magnetic flux and the third harmonic induced electromotive force are needed. The third harmonic magnetic flux is a zero-sequence component. By making the iron core with five limbs, each phase's third harmonic magnetic flux has a separate magnetic path with lower reluctance, resulting in larger third harmonic magnetic flux and induced electromotive force, which is 50-55% of the fundamental.
Performance Features:
1. Adopting a three-phase five-limb structure, the test transformer has a simple process, triple frequency generator and reduces the internal impedance and leakage flux losses of the transformer body, improving the efficiency of the generator.
2. The weight and volume are smaller than traditional three single-phase transformer banks, and it is equipped with a control box of corresponding capacity, making it convenient for on-site use.
3. This product can be used as a 150Hz power source for induced withstand voltage tests on transformers and electrical equipment of corresponding capacity, or for short-term operation.
