Precautions and Daily Maintenance of Triple Frequency Power Supply Generator - Yangzhou Dary
Dary Electric recommends for you
1. The power capacity of the main circuit should meet the maximum output power
2. When boosting voltage, be sure to observe whether all meters are working under normal conditions, and strictly prohibit overload operation
3. All grounding should be single-point grounding
4. The equipment is strictly prohibited from being tipped over, and it is strictly prohibited to use it when oil is insufficient
5. The high-voltage bushings with insulating shells and iron shells are strictly prohibited from being collided or scratched
6. The entire equipment is strictly prohibited from being stored or used when the indoor temperature is below -5°C
7. When the equipment is transferred to a different environment, the relative temperature difference of the environment should not exceed 15°C
8. The surfaces of bushings and shells are strictly prohibited from being covered with water, ice, or snow; indoor and outdoor equipment is strictly prohibited from being stored outdoors
9. After the test is completed, the key of the equipment control console should be removed and kept properly
10. This set of equipment should be operated and kept by designated personnel
11. Before using this set of equipment, the instruction manual must be read carefully.
Daily maintenance and transportation
1. The partial discharge-free test transformer should be placed in a dry and clean site. When not in use, it should be protected from rain, snow, water, and dust. Outdoor types should be protected from lightning, freezing, and impact.
2. For partial discharge-free test transformers that have been stored for a long time, regularly check the cleaning of all fasteners, insulating bushings, and the surface of the insulating cylinder, and check the oil level changes. Only after confirming normal conditions can they be used.
3. During transportation, the partial discharge-free test transformer should be properly packaged and fastened with steel wire ropes. At this time, attention should be paid to the loading method and direction of the transformer to prevent internal components from shifting, loosening, or deforming during transportation due to starting and braking (the direction is determined according to the provided general assembly drawing). The axial direction of the winding elements should be perpendicular to the travel direction of the transportation vehicle.
