A power outage occurred in Chongming Residential Area, Dachaidan Administrative Committee, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province. After receiving the repair request, Xiong Guoxi, the head of the distribution network operation and inspection class of State Grid Dachaidan Power Supply Company, immediately organized repair personnel to rush to the scene.
