Annual inspection and pre-test is an important part of power equipment operation management, and an important guarantee for realizing scientific management, safe operation, and improving economic benefits of power equipment. Recently, in order to ensure reliable power supply in the Wan'an work area during winter, in accordance with relevant requirements, the Power Room of the Technical Support Center of Southwest ATMB conducted annual inspection and pre-test on the high voltage system in the Wan'an work area. Meanwhile, load tests were carried out on diesel generators in the control building and the flow management building to eliminate hidden dangers in the safe operation of the power supply and distribution system. The relevant person in charge of the Power Room of the Technical Support Center formulated the work content and operation plan for this pre-test in advance, and gathered power technical personnel to familiarize themselves and communicate with each other in advance. Due to the heavy support tasks recently and a slight shortage of manpower, technical personnel who were originally on vacation gave up their leave and rushed to the site one after another. At 2:30 PM that day, they began to confirm the working status of the equipment, and during this period, they completed tasks such as powering newly added seats in the flow management hall, detecting and replacing UPS batteries, and quarterly UPS maintenance. In addition, the power technical personnel overcame the difficulty of manpower shortage and connected cables weighing over a hundred jin to the generator shelter in advance. The nearly four hours of preparation work demonstrated the work responsibility of power personnel of "being able to endure hardship, daring to fight, and being willing to contribute." As night fell, with the action of the circuit breaker, the diesel generator started up as expected, continuously and stably supplying power to air traffic control equipment. The power technical personnel officially began the annual inspection and pre-test, including relay protection calibration and other work. The entire process lasted nearly three hours. During the test, the power technical personnel paid close attention to the operation of the diesel generator, checked whether terminal loads experienced power loss, actively answered user-related questions, and demonstrated advanced professional demeanor. From 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, the power personnel worked tirelessly and down-to-earth to do every task well, thoroughly eliminating hidden dangers in the power supply and distribution system of the Wan'an work area. Next, the Power Room will continue to work together to "strive for a hundred days and vow to win the championship cup," contributing to the realization of the annual safe operation goal.
