Darui Electric recommends for you
The variable frequency series resonance test device adopts a method of adjusting the power supply frequency to achieve resonance between the reactor and the tested capacitor, obtaining high voltage and large current on the tested object. It is a new method and trend in current high-voltage testing, and has been widely applied both domestically and internationally.
Operation Procedure
1. When unpacking, test personnel should check the equipment against the packing list. If any discrepancy is found, please contact our company immediately.
2. This test equipment should be used by professional high-voltage test personnel. Before use, carefully read the user manual and undergo repeated operation training.
3. There should be no fewer than 2 test personnel. During use, strictly comply with the safety operation procedures for high-voltage testing of your unit.
4. To ensure the safety and correctness of the test, besides being familiar with this product manual, you must strictly follow national standards and procedures for test operation.
5. All connecting wires must not be connected incorrectly. The wiring must be done according to the circuit diagram in the "Precautions", otherwise it may cause damage to the test device.
6. When this device is in use, it outputs high voltage or ultra-high voltage. It must be reliably grounded, and attention should be paid to operational safety.
7. Before testing the tested object, perform a no-load test on the equipment with a test voltage of 80% of the equipment's rated voltage.
8. Whether conducting the tested object test or the no-load test, the bottommost reactor must be isolated from the ground using an insulating support.
9. During the test, the distance between the variable frequency power supply and the reactor should be as large as possible (to avoid safety accidents).
10. The variable frequency power supply part of this device is in the form of a touch screen. When operating, press lightly and slowly (with an interval of 0.5 seconds between entering the next menu). If pressed too hard or too fast, it may fail to enter the next menu or the machine may not start. Press the reset button once, then return to the main menu, wait 5 seconds before starting again, or directly turn off the power and restart.
11. When setting parameters for the device, the "Device Voltage" field cannot be changed. The "Device Voltage" is set in conjunction with the voltage divider during factory testing. If the "Device Voltage" is changed, the sampling signal of the voltage divider will change, and the measured value will not be the true test voltage; it may be higher or lower, affecting the withstand voltage test of the tested object. Therefore, test personnel should record the "Device Voltage" at startup so that it can be referenced if the device voltage is accidentally changed.
12. When testing objects with relatively large capacitance or high losses, such as "generators, large-capacity motors, cables over 1.5km", the system Q value is low. Set the "Output Voltage" between 30V and 50V. Under normal circumstances, set the "Output Voltage" between 10V and 20V. When testing cables below 10kV and within 500m in length, choose a lower excitation voltage and set the "Output Voltage" to 10V. Otherwise, when searching for the resonance point, the test voltage may exceed the rated withstand voltage of the tested object, and at this time the system Q value is high, which can easily cause breakdown of the tested object.
