Issues That Cannot Be Ignored When Using Ground Resistance Testers
Darui Electric recommends for you
We have previously emphasized the importance of accurately measuring ground resistance, which is particularly crucial for maintaining safe circuit operation. To achieve certain safety maintenance effects, the following issues cannot be ignored during the use of ground resistance testers.
1. In any case, special attention should be paid to safety when using electrical instruments and meters.
2. The environment and measurement range for instrument use should comply with the standard regulations of the ground resistance tester.
3. Carefully read the instrument precautions before operation.
4. Before powering on, press and release once or twice to ensure the jaws close properly.
5. During the power-on self-check, do not press or clamp any conductors.
6. Regularly clean the instrument, and do not use rough or corrosive materials for wiping to avoid damage to the instrument.
7. The operating environment should be stable, and the instrument should not be subjected to severe impacts.
8. In hazardous situations, it is strongly recommended to use explosion-proof instruments for measurement.
9. For explosion-proof products, it is strictly prohibited to disassemble or replace batteries in hazardous areas.
10. The current of the measured conductor should be within the specified range.
11. If the ground resistance tester is not used for a long time, please remove the batteries promptly.
1. Large ground grid variable frequency high-current grounding characteristic measurement system: The system has high output power (2-20KW), high voltage (0-1000V), and high output current (0-50A). It accurately measures grounding impedance, grounding reactance, grounding resistance, contact voltage, step potential difference, field surface potential gradient, contact voltage, contact potential difference, step voltage, transfer potential, conduction resistance, soil resistivity, and other parameters. It can comprehensively measure various characteristic parameters of large ground grids, fully meeting the requirements of the new DL/T475-2006 "Guide for Measurement of Grounding Device Characteristic Parameters".
2. Large ground grid variable frequency high-current grounding impedance measurement system: The system has high output power (5-20KW), output voltage (0-1000V), and output current (0-50A). It accurately measures grounding impedance, grounding resistance, contact potential difference, grounding reactance, conduction resistance, soil resistivity, and other parameters.
3. Variable frequency anti-interference grounding impedance measuring instrument: The system output power is 2kW, output voltage (0-200-400V), and test output current (0-10A). It accurately measures grounding impedance, grounding resistance, grounding reactance, conduction resistance, soil resistivity, and other parameters. It can meet the measurement of conventional grounding grids.
