Connect the insulation oil withstand voltage tester to a safe ground, plug into a 220V AC power supply, and verify that the power is correct.
2. Oil sampling:
1. Adjust the distance between the two electrodes of the oil cup to 2.5mm; turn the feeler gauge rod at one end of the oil cup shaft counterclockwise to remove it, adjust the electrode at the other end to the center position, tighten the screw locking this shaft rod, place the feeler gauge between the two electrodes to press them together, lock the screw, remove the feeler gauge, and screw it back into the original shaft rod clockwise.
2. Clean the oil cup, place a clean magnetic stirrer inside, fill it with the prepared oil sample, remove the high-voltage cover, place the oil cup between the two high-voltage columns in the high-voltage chamber, place it steadily, cover with the high-voltage cover and press the safety switch.

4. Function key operations:
1. When testing, press the "Measure" key, and the functions of stirring, settling, voltage boosting, and printing will proceed in the set numerical order.
2. During the voltage boosting process, pressing the "Stop" key will stop the voltage boost, and the value displayed on the digital display is the high voltage output value at the high-voltage end at that moment.
3. After the first breakdown of the oil sample, an audible alert will sound a continuous short "beep" for 20 seconds; after the second, two short beeps; after the sixth, one long beep and one short beep; after the seventh, one long beep and two short beeps. After the average value is displayed, the "beep" will sound continuously for 20 seconds. If you do not want the audible alert, press the sound control key once to switch to light control alert, where the light indicator will flash the same number of times as the "beep" sounds. Pressing the sound control key again will have no effect, and the light control will remain unchanged. The sound control will be effective again only when the power is turned on again.
4. After testing, if you want to review the data, press the "Display" and "Print" keys. These two keys are reusable. Pressing "Display" once shows one test value until the average value is displayed, completing the repeated display. When pressing "Print", the voltage values will not be printed again during the repeated printing time.
5. When the "Reset" key is pressed, the display shows "OCPU" indicating the initial waiting state after reset, referred to as the initial state or OCPU state. If the "Reset" key is pressed during the voltage boosting test, it will not enter the initial state; similar to the situation when the oil sample breaks down, it continues running without changing the original running state. If the "Reset" key is pressed again continuously, it will confirm the "Reset" and enter the initial state.
5. Power-on waiting:
Set the power switch to "ON", and the device enters self-check status. The printer response indicator lights up, and the display shows "OCPU". If the voltage regulator is not at zero position, it displays "DIJJ" indicating the reset process, with the descent indicator lit. After descending to zero, it displays the OCPU initial waiting state.
