Daily Maintenance of Microcomputer Relay Protection Calibration Device - Yangzhou Darui
Darui Electric recommends for you
The microcomputer relay protection calibration device should adopt electromagnetic interference protection measures. When substations are renovated and electromagnetic protection is replaced with microcomputer protection, technical measures against electromagnetic interference must be taken, that is, strictly implement the installation conditions of the relay protection calibration device, install cables with shielding layers, and at the same time, both ends of the shielding layer must be grounded. Since the circuit is long, when one end is grounded, the other end will generate voltage and current due to electromagnetic interference, causing the microcomputer to operate or misoperate protection. In order to reduce the possibility of protection device failures and errors, the relay protection calibration device must be optimized in design, with reasonable manufacturing processes and high-quality components. At the same time, shielding and isolation technologies should be adopted to ensure the reliability of the equipment and improve anti-interference capability.
The grounding of the microcomputer relay protection calibration device should be strictly carried out according to regulations. The internal circuit of the relay protection calibration device is an electronic circuit, which is easily disturbed by strong electric and magnetic fields. In order to improve the reliability of microcomputer protection, it is necessary to suppress interference sources, block coupling channels, and improve the anti-interference capability of sensitive circuits. Fault tolerance is the tolerance of errors. Even if there are local errors, it will not cause the protection device to misoperate or malfunction. Fault-tolerant design uses redundant equipment operating online to ensure uninterrupted operation of the protection device.
Error prevention
Operation locking should be set in hardware design. Before performing normal operations, the operator password and guardian password must be correctly entered, and the names and other information of the operator and guardian can be recorded and saved.
Daily maintenance of relay protection devices:
(1) Duty personnel should regularly inspect and check the relay protection device and record the operating status.
(2) Establish a post responsibility system so that everyone has a post and every post has a person.
(3) Clean the relay protection device. Cleaning work must be carried out by two people to prevent accidental collision with operating equipment. Keep a safe distance from live equipment to avoid electric shock and secondary circuit short circuits and grounding accidents.
(4) Record the current and voltage sampling values of the microcomputer protection once a week. And record the differential current value of the differential protection.
(5) Regularly perform infrared temperature measurement on the terminal blocks of the protection device to detect heat generated by poor contact as soon as possible.
(6) Check and print the printer protected by the microcomputer protection monthly.
(7) Check monthly whether the time of the protection device is correct to facilitate fault analysis after a fault occurs.
(8) Regularly check the protection setting operation area and print out the setting list for verification.
The relay protection tester can independently perform AC testing, DC testing, low-frequency synchronization, time measurement, power impedance, differential testing, superimposed harmonics, complete testing, impedance ladder, zero-sequence protection, system settings, and other test items.
The overvoltage relay protection test of the relay protection tester uses the "AC test" program. When the rated voltage of the relay is less than 120V, a single-phase voltage can be used as a variable for testing.
