The induced voltage withstand test of transformers and instrument transformers is an important test to ensure that transformer quality meets national standards. The longitudinal insulation induced voltage withstand test of transformer windings, including inter-turn, inter-layer, inter-section, and phase-to-phase insulation, is a key item in transformer insulation testing. Due to the special nature of longitudinal insulation testing, it is necessary to apply a frequency multiplier power device to increase the test voltage between winding insulations, thereby achieving the purpose of the withstand voltage test.

GDSF-81 Triple Frequency Generator is designed and manufactured by Guodian Xigao to meet the above requirements. It has been proven by extensive user feedback: it is simple to operate, reliable in performance, and can effectively meet the needs of induced voltage withstand tests for transformers and instrument transformers.

• Adopts a three-phase five-limb structure, with simple process, reducing the internal impedance and stray loss of the transformer body, and improving the efficiency of the generator.


• Weight and volume are smaller than traditional three single-phase transformer banks, and it is equipped with a control box of corresponding capacity, making it convenient for on-site use.


• This product can be used as a power source for induced voltage withstand tests on transformers and electrical equipment of corresponding capacity, or as a 150Hz power source for short-term operation.
