Product Introduction
The LFJW630 series microcomputer relay protection test set is also known as the six-phase microcomputer relay protection test set and the six-phase microcomputer relay protection calibration instrument. The six-phase microcomputer relay protection test set is a dedicated power test instrument for relay protection. It has 6-phase voltage and 6-phase current outputs, suitable for testing various types of relay protection devices. Each phase voltage can output 125V, each phase current 30A, and three-phase parallel output can reach 180A.
Main Features
1. Meets all on-site test requirements. This instrument has standard six-phase voltage and six-phase current outputs, with voltage 125V/phase and current 30A/phase. Six-phase parallel output can reach 180A. It can test traditional relays and protection devices as well as modern microcomputer protection devices, especially making tests on transformer differential protection and automatic bus transfer devices more convenient.
2. All technical indicators fully meet the standard of DL/T624-1997 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer Test Equipment for Relay Protection" issued by the Ministry of Electric Power.
3. Classic Windows XP operation interface, friendly human-machine interface, simple and fast operation; high-performance embedded industrial control computer and 8.4-inch TFT true color display with resolution of 800×600 provide rich and intuitive information, including the current working status of the device and various help information.
4. The Windows XP system of this device has a built-in recovery function to avoid system crashes caused by improper shutdown or misoperation.
5. Equipped with an ultra-thin industrial keyboard and optical mouse, all operations can be completed through the keyboard or mouse just like operating a regular PC.
6. The main control board adopts DSP+FPGA structure with 16-bit DAC output, which can generate high-density sine waves of 2000 points per cycle for the fundamental wave, greatly improving waveform quality and increasing the accuracy of the test set.
7. The power amplifier uses high-fidelity linear power amplifier, ensuring both the accuracy of small currents and the stability of large currents.
8. Uses USB interface to communicate directly with PC, no conversion cables needed, convenient to use.
9. Can be connected to a laptop (optional) for operation. The laptop and industrial control computer use the same software, so there is no need to relearn operating methods.
10. Equipped with GPS synchronization test function. The device can have a built-in GPS synchronization card (optional) connected to the PC via RS232 port to achieve synchronous two-way test between two test sets at different locations.
11. Equipped with an independent dedicated DC auxiliary voltage source output, with output voltages of 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A) respectively, to provide DC working power for relays or protection devices that require it.
12. Has software self-calibration function, avoiding the need to open the chassis and adjust potentiometers to calibrate accuracy, thereby greatly improving the stability of accuracy.
