The MLZGF series DC high voltage generator is a new generation of portable DC high voltage testing equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the new Chinese power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for DC High Voltage Generators". It is mainly applicable to DC withstand voltage tests on high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide arresters in power departments, industrial and mining enterprises, metallurgy, steel, and other enterprise power departments.

1. Technical Features:
● The chassis is made of aluminum alloy.
● It adopts a medium-frequency voltage doubling circuit, applying PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices.
● With high voltage feedback, the output voltage stability is high, and the ripple coefficient is ≤3%.
● Full-range smooth voltage regulation, with fine voltage adjustment precision ≤0.5%, stability ≤1%, voltage error ±(1.5%±2 digits), and current error ±(1.5%±2 digits).
● The boosting potentiometer starts from zero.
● 0.75UDC1mA function button facilitates zinc oxide arrester testing with an accuracy of ±(3%±2 digits).
● Overvoltage protection is set via DIP switches, which is clear at a glance, with an error of ±2%.
● The voltage doubler uses new materials, making it lightweight and sturdy. The surface is coated with special insulating materials, providing good electrical performance and strong moisture resistance.
● The MLZGF product complies with the technical requirements of DL/T848.1-2004 and has passed the type test of the Electrical Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Power, strictly following enterprise standards for factory delivery.
