Laboratory High-Purity Hydrogen Generator
The high-purity hydrogen generator mainly consists of an electrolysis system, a pressure control system, and a purification system. Hydrogen production through electrolysis uses advanced membrane separation technology, with pressure controlled by an infrared photoelectric device, allowing the hydrogen generation rate to automatically adjust according to the actual output flow, maintaining stable pressure. It can replace high-pressure hydrogen cylinders, and is safe and convenient to use. Fully automatic control, easy operation. The internal pipeline of the generator is equipped with a check device to effectively prevent liquid backflow. It can be used continuously or intermittently, with stable gas production and purity that is not easily degraded. It has overpressure protection for safety and reliability. When the hydrogen output flow rate exceeds the instrument's rated flow rate (315ml/min) and continues to run (over-limit operation) for 10 minutes, the instrument will automatically sound an alarm to remind us to check whether the pipeline connected to the instrument has any leaks. After the alarm continues for 10 minutes, if the output flow rate is still over the limit, the instrument will automatically stop running. To restart, it is necessary to manually turn off the power switch and then turn it back on.
