STDC Electric Test Transformer Control Console is suitable for power systems, subways, railways, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, petrochemical, postal and telecommunications departments, scientific research institutions, etc., for insulation strength withstand voltage tests under power frequency or DC high voltage for various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials.

1. Under rated conditions, the test transformer should meet the following requirements:

A. Ambient temperature: maximum +40°C      minimum -20°C 

B. Maximum relative humidity of air: when air temperature is 25°C, relative humidity shall not exceed 85%.

C. Installation site shall be free of gases, vapors, chemical dust, dirt, and other explosive media that seriously affect transformer insulation.

D. When using the test transformer, the input voltage should be gradually increased and sufficient protection resistance should be connected in series at the output end. Avoid switching on/off the equipment under high voltage.
