Technical Features
1. Digital DC High Voltage Generator has high precision and accurate measurement. Both voltage and current meters are digital displays, with voltage resolution of 0.1kV and current resolution of 1uA. The voltmeter on the control box directly displays the voltage value applied to the load test object, eliminating the need for an external voltage divider and simplifying wiring. The instrument can measure leakage current at both high and low voltage ends. The high voltage end uses a circular shielded digital display, which is resistant to discharge impact and has good anti-interference performance, making it suitable for field use.
2. Added a high-precision 75% VDC-1mA function, bringing great convenience to zinc oxide arrester measurements. With a simple press, no calculation is needed. The control box has a 75% voltage function key. During arrester tests, when the current rises to 1000uA, press the 0.75UDC--1mA button, and the values displayed on the voltmeter and ammeter are the 75% data. After completion, immediately return the voltage regulator potentiometer to zero, and immediately press the green button to cut off high voltage and turn off the power switch. Then proceed with other tests.
3. Adopting advanced technology and manufacturing processes, it is the first to apply the latest PWM intermediate frequency pulse width modulation technology and pulse train logic array modulation, using high-power IGBT devices and large voltage feedback, resulting in higher stability of the output high voltage and smaller ripple coefficient.
4. Negative polarity output, zero start, continuously adjustable, with various protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, zero return, grounding protection, and unique disconnection protection. The automatic protection circuit has strong functions, complete and reliable protection, ensuring safe operation, and all technical indicators are superior to industry standards.
5. Convenient overvoltage setting function, using digital thumbwheel switches, allowing the set voltage value to be displayed intuitively, with more flexible operation, and the displayed value unit is kV.
