The ZCCT-CP high and low voltage CT ratio tester (hereinafter referred to as the tester) is launched by our company based on years of experience in producing intelligent instruments and adapting to user on-site needs. It can measure the high-voltage primary current and low-voltage secondary current of high-voltage metering devices in systems up to 35KV without disconnecting wires or cutting off power on site, and can calculate the transformation ratio and ratio error.
The current signal collected by the high-voltage clamp meter (hereinafter referred to as the clamp meter) installed at the end of the high-voltage insulating rod is transmitted wirelessly to the handheld terminal, which directly collects the secondary current of the low-voltage current transformer. The handheld terminal calculates the primary and secondary transformation ratio, ratio error, and phase difference of the current transformer in real time based on the signals from both sides of the clamp meter, ensuring the safety and reliability of the operation process. The retractable high-voltage insulating operating rod can extend up to 5 meters, ensuring personal safety during operation.
