Scope of Application
Automatic Transformer Ratio and Group Tester Since the output voltage is 3-phase or 2-phase voltage, directly applied to the high-voltage side, it is not constrained by the internal wiring method of the transformer, and is suitable for measuring the ratio of various connection methods.
The instrument can output 2 voltages, enhancing its adaptability to transformers of different voltage levels.
Added the function of measuring the number of turns of low-voltage coils, which can be used to measure the current ratio of mutual inductance.
.Parameter Setting
For transformers with tap changers, after setting the rated parameters, during measurement, the instrument automatically determines the position of the tap changer and the standard ratio at the current position, i.e., the tap ratio.
Fast Speed
True three-phase simultaneous measurement: the test time for one set of data is 10 seconds.
Repeatability
The instrument is powered by a battery, automatically generating a three-phase (120°) or two-phase (90°) power supply with stable amplitude and constant phase. It is not affected by AC power supply, and the test data has good repeatability.
Protection
The output voltage starts from 0V, and overvoltage automatically resets and cuts off the output. It has reverse connection protection.
Output overcurrent and overheating automatically cut off the output.
Interface
The instrument adopts a 7-inch TFT touch screen, making operation intuitive and convenient.
Data Processing
The instrument has 2 USB ports. One is for online connection. After connecting, it can be controlled by a PC for measurement, upload data, and save data to an EXCEL document. The other USB port is for inserting a USB flash drive to save data. Two files are saved: one for reading and printing, and the other for importing into EXCEL.
