The SDBB-183 Transformer Turns Ratio and Group Tester, in accordance with IEC and relevant national regulations, must be used to test the turns ratio of transformers before they are put into operation, including semi-finished and finished products during the production process, as well as newly installed and overhauled transformers. In the "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Tests of Electric Power Equipment", it is also required to regularly measure the turns ratio of operating transformers. Through the turns ratio test, the condition of the transformer windings and tap changers can be checked, and defects such as coil short circuits, incorrect connections, and inter-turn short circuits can be identified, thereby ensuring the safe use of the equipment.
