Operation Method:
1. Lay the insulation mat to be tested flat on the test table surface, ensuring good contact between the ground electrode and the test sample;
2. Press the high-voltage electrode plate onto the test sample, and if necessary, place a weight on the high-voltage electrode plate.
3. Connect the high-voltage wire and ground wire to the specified terminals as required, and only after confirming correctness can voltage be increased.
4. According to the level of the insulation mat, increase to the test voltage value specified in the table above. If the test sample does not experience breakdown or flashover within the specified time, it can be judged as qualified.
