1. Product Introduction:
The ATP Bioluminescence Detector is a newly upgraded product independently developed and launched by Shandong Hord Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. It features a large touch screen display, replacing traditional buttons. The operation uses biochemical reaction methods to detect ATP content. The ATP fluorescence detector is based on the firefly luminescence principle, utilizing the "luciferase-luciferin system" to rapidly detect adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The ATP swab contains reagents that can lyse cell membranes, releasing intracellular ATP, which reacts with specific enzymes in the reagent to produce light. The luminescence value is then measured using a luminometer. The number of microorganisms is proportional to the luminescence value. Since all living cells contain a constant amount of ATP, the ATP content can clearly indicate the amount of microorganisms and other biological residues in a sample, used to assess sanitary conditions.
2. Instrument Features:
Practicality — Upper and lower limits can be set according to environmental detection requirements, enabling rapid data assessment and early warning. By recording the relative light units (RLU) of the monitored surface, the quality of environmental surface cleaning can be evaluated.
High Sensitivity — 10-15 to 10-18 mol.
Fast Speed — Conventional culture methods take 18-24 hours or more, while ATP only takes a dozen seconds.
Feasibility — There is a clear correlation between the number of microorganisms and the ATP content within them. By detecting ATP content, the number of microorganisms in the reaction can be indirectly determined.
Operability — Traditional culture methods require operation by trained technicians in a laboratory; whereas ATP rapid cleanliness detection is very simple to operate, requiring only brief training for general staff to perform on-site operations.
Better Experience — The swab sleeve adopts a plug-in flexible design, allowing periodic cleaning and long-term use, extending the instrument's lifespan.
Data Export — The instrument is equipped with host computer software. By connecting to a computer via a data cable, stored data can be exported in Excel format.
