(1)Online Cable Switchgear CTPT Testing is equipped with three types of sensors: built-in ultrasonic sensor, TEV sensor, and a handheld non-contact ultrasonic concentrator. The built-in sensor is used for contact measurement on the switchgear body, while the handheld non-contact ultrasonic concentrator is used for scanning bus bridges and wall bushing, etc.
(2) During measurement, the LCD screen displays the original discharge waveform, dB value, and three-stage warning values in yellow, green, and red, providing intuitive and reliable readings.
(3) The magnitude of partial discharge is detected using Transient Earth Voltage (TEV) and ultrasonic detection methods, measured in dBmV.
(4) When using ultrasonic measurement, if a discharge signal is present, compare magnitudes horizontally and observe trends vertically; conclusions can only be drawn after two or more measurements. When using TEV measurement, the presence of a discharge waveform indicates severe discharge.
In summary, TEV is the primary method, with ultrasound as a supplement.
(5) An earphone monitoring function is added, allowing real-time monitoring of partial discharge signals through earphones in ultrasonic mode. (6) Strong anti-interference capability, with automatic storage of test data, facilitating the review of test records and subsequent analysis of test data.
