Instrument Introduction
Lubricating Oil High-Temperature Foaming Characteristics Tester is suitable for testing the foaming characteristics of lubricating oil at 150°C. Heat the sample to 49°C, keep it at a constant temperature for 30 minutes, then cool it to room temperature. Transfer the sample to a specified measuring cylinder and heat it to 150°C. According to the standard procedure, pass dry air through the metal diffuser head for 5 minutes. Measure the static foam volume and dynamic foam volume at the moment just before stopping the air flow, as well as the static foam volume, foam disappearance time, and the percentage increase in total volume at specified times after stopping the air flow.
