KJTC-Ⅳ High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristics Tester is a newly designed special instrument for detecting the mechanical dynamic characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers. This instrument adopts high-tech technology, integrating computer, printer, measurement interface circuit, operating power supply, etc., making it a new special instrument for high-voltage circuit breaker detection. The tester is equipped with two types of displacement sensors suitable for different distances and precision tests. The instrument's automatic identification system recognizes the selected sensor and completes distance and speed measurement for low-oil, multi-oil, sulfur hexafluoride, and vacuum high-voltage circuit breakers. In the design of the instrument, only one closing (opening) operation is needed to sample and record all data of six break contacts. The measurement results can be displayed with a single key operation, and the measurement data can be printed, including the current waveform diagrams of six break contacts and the moving contact time characteristic curve of one break contact. The instrument strictly processes data according to the definitions in the national standards "GB 1984" and "GB 3309".

2. Main Performance and Features of the Instrument
(1) The instrument adopts high-stability components, floating, large-area, digital filtering and other anti-interference technologies.
(2) The instrument is equipped with two types of displacement sensors, suitable for detecting high-voltage circuit breakers with different distance, speed, and precision requirements. When different sensors are inserted, the instrument will automatically identify them. The instrument can automatically identify closing (opening) operations and reclosing operations of high-voltage circuit breakers, and automatically collect all data after operations. The measurement and calculation process is automatically completed by the CPU.
