The new generation HSDZC Comprehensive Electrical Energy Tester is a multifunctional electrical quantity comprehensive testing instrument carefully developed by our company's technical personnel.
This tester tests electrical equipment operating under various conditions, and detects all electrical energy and power parameters of the equipment and power frequency lines without power interruption.
Input the no-load parameters and rated parameters of the motor (the tester has built-in memory of 180 categories and more than 6900 types, users can select and call), and special motors can be input by users themselves. It can detect the output power, efficiency, and load rate at the motor shaft end (in compliance with GB12497-2006 "Economic Operation of Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors" national standard). According to user requirements, an optical digital sampler can be added to measure motor speed, used for fan efficiency testing in the fan industry during production and manufacturing.
Using the three-phase vector diagram function, it is convenient for users to judge the correctness of wiring during instrument use, the correctness of user line wiring, and the normal working state of the line, with miswiring discrimination function.
Combined with computer serial communication, the instantaneous data of equipment power consumption can be comprehensively recorded and stored. With dedicated computer software, data analysis is performed, and curves of voltage, current, power (able to distinguish positive and negative power) and other data during the operation of the tested equipment are plotted, providing a correct scientific basis for energy-saving management.
This tester has the advantages of large memory capacity for motor parameters, high measurement accuracy, simple operation, small size, light weight, complete functions, and multiple uses in one machine. It solves the difficult problem of motor negative power testing, fills the technical gap of similar domestic instruments, and is widely used in railways, oil fields, power supply, energy supervision, power stations, fans and other technical departments, and has been well received.
