1. Functional Features 1. The instrument is a high-precision testing device that integrates energy meter calibration, electrical parameter testing, and detection of power quality issues such as waveform distortion, voltage fluctuations, and three-phase unbalance in the power grid. 2. It can perform online real-load testing of the comprehensive error of metering equipment without power outage, without changing the metering circuit, and without opening the metering device. 3. It accurately measures various electrical parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, and frequency, thereby calculating the measurement error of the tested equipment circuit. 4. An optional virtual load box is available, allowing accurate measurement of energy meters even when the user has no load or extremely low load. 5. It can display the vector diagram of the measured voltage and current, enabling users to analyze the correctness of the metering equipment wiring. Additionally, in three-phase three-wire connection mode, it can automatically identify 48 wiring configurations; the automatic calculation function for supplementary energy facilitates users in calculating supplementary energy for customers with wiring issues. 6. The current circuit can be measured using clamp-type transformers, allowing operators to measure safely and conveniently without disconnecting the current circuit. 7. It can calibrate indicating instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, power meters, and phase meters, as well as various active and reactive energy meters for three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and single-phase systems with 1A and 5A ratings. 8. Energy meter calibration can be performed using photoelectric, manual, or pulse methods. 9. It measures and analyzes the AC power quality supplied from the public grid to the user end, including frequency deviation, voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, allowable three-phase voltage unbalance, and grid harmonics. 10. It can display single-phase voltage and current waveforms and simultaneously display three-phase voltage and current waveforms. 11. Load fluctuation monitoring: It measures and analyzes the fluctuations in power quality caused by various electrical equipment under different operating conditions on the public grid. It records and stores electrical parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, and phase. 12. It provides dynamic monitoring during the adjustment and operation of power equipment, helping users resolve issues that arise during equipment adjustment and commissioning. 13. An optional barcode scanner is available for automatic entry of energy meter barcodes. 14. It can test the 485 communication interface of energy meters and fulfill the requirements for on-site calibration of multifunctional (smart) energy meters. It can perform error calibration on demand based on the demand interval and sliding time set in the meter. 15. It features a perpetual calendar and clock function, displaying the date and time in real-time. It can save test data and results during on-site calibration and upload them to a computer via the serial port, enabling computerized data management through backend management software (optional accessory); a USB port is reserved for direct transfer of stored data to a USB drive. 16. It uses a large-screen imported color LCD as the display, with a Chinese graphical user interface and Chinese prompt information, providing a multi-parameter display interface and a user-friendly human-machine interaction. 17.
