Three-Phase High Current Generator Superior Performance Three-Phase High Current Generator Superior Performance adopts CNC technology, strong anti-interference ability. Compared with the previous generation of current generators, due to the use of low-power, large-capacity auto-coupling voltage regulator and high-permeability iron core transformer, it has the advantages of large output power, small size, light weight, etc. Mainly used for thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, air switches, switchgear, circuit breakers, protection panel calibration; used for primary bus protection and various current transformer ratio tests, widely used in power, railway, petrochemical, metallurgy and mining enterprises in scientific research, production and electrical test sites.
Precautions:
When newly installed or not used for a long time, before operation, use a 1500 megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between coils and to ground. Only when the resistance value is not lower than 0.5 megohms can it be used.
During use, the current transformer and operating console must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
When in use, the current should be increased slowly and evenly, and avoid excessive vibration during handling.
The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the brush should be kept clean, and if necessary, wipe it clean with cotton yarn dipped in 90% alcohol.
This equipment should be stored indoors in a clean, ventilated, and dry place.
