The transformer characteristic test bench integrates one-time wiring display, data acquisition, analysis and processing, measurement control, storage, printing, and protection. The entire test process is fully automatic, with outstanding advantages of high efficiency and high precision.
◆ The transformer characteristic test bench is equipped with a LCD backlit display, simultaneously showing 18 parameters such as three-phase voltage and current; digital instruments replace pointer instruments, and all test data are displayed in real time (locked) on the screen, avoiding errors caused by parallax, conversion, calculation, and other factors during the test. This makes the test accuracy higher. In particular, it completely solves the difficulty of operators reading multiple meters and recording multiple sets of data at the same time, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test data.

1. Before measurement, please remove all external wiring from the tested product.
2. Before measurement, be sure to carefully check the wiring. Avoid reverse connection on high and low voltage sides.
3. When the instrument is measuring, operators are prohibited from touching the binding posts on the panel and the transformer side wiring clamps.
4. When the instrument is measuring, if there is no abnormal situation, please do not press the "Reset" key or turn off the power.
5. If the instrument displays "Internal data error" during measurement, select "Recover" and then measure again.
