Complete Test Bench for Switchgear Assemblies
Dary Electric recommends for you
Taking the verification of a single-phase AC voltmeter as an example:
1. Connect the input power supply AC380V
2. Connect the AC operating voltage output power cord to the voltmeter
3. Check and confirm whether the wiring is correct, then turn on the main power switch
4. Return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the "Close" button,
5. Then press the "Close" button for AC operating voltage on the panel
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the required value, and observe the voltmeter.
7. After the test is completed, first press the "Open" button for AC operating voltage on the panel, then press the main "Open" button on the panel. Then, disconnect the main power switch
Indicators
Input power: Three-phase five-wire AC380V
>Output voltage and current:
①Three-phase AC100V output (3A, fixed value) One set of terminals
②Three-phase AC 0 - 10A output (10V, adjustable value) One set of terminals
③DC fixed output 24V, 36V, 110V, 220V (4A) One set of terminals
④AC operating voltage output AC 0 - 400V, at 220V, current less than 10A One set of terminals
⑤DC operating voltage output DC 0 - 250V (10A) One set of terminals
⑥DC closing power supply output DC 0 -250V (300A, short-time operation) One set of terminals (optional)
⑦Single-phase AC220V output (fixed value, socket form) Two sets of terminals
Instructions
1. Connect three-phase four-wire AC380V
2. Connect the output DC300V to the load
3. Rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero
4. Check and confirm the wiring is correct
5. Close the power switch
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to a suitable value
7. After the test, first rotate the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, then disconnect the power switch. After discharge is complete, you can start disconnecting the wires
Functional Description
1. Items 1 to 5 in the technical parameters are controlled by independent contactors, and 10A and 20A air switches are connected in series before the output terminals as short-circuit protection. According to special user requirements, items 1 to 5 in the parameters can be closed simultaneously without interlocking. Please pay attention to the requirements during use.
Only one group of power outputs can work at a time.
2. Items 6 to 7 in the technical parameters are not controlled by contactors. As long as the main power switch is closed, single-phase AC220V output (fixed value) and three-phase AC380V output (fixed value) can be output.
3. The three-phase transfer switches K1, K2, and K3 respectively control the three-phase AC380V voltmeter, three-phase AC ammeter, and three-phase AC voltmeter on the panel.
