1. Before the output wiring terminals, 10A and 16A air switches are connected in series as short-circuit protection. According to user special requirements, items 3-4 in the parameters can be closed and opened simultaneously without interlocking. Please pay attention to the requirements during use.
Only one group of power supply can output at a time.
2. Items 6-7 in the technical parameters are not controlled by the contactor. As long as the main power switch is closed, single-phase AC220V output (fixed value) and three-phase AC380V output (fixed value) can be output.
3. The DC closing power supply output DC 0-300V (large capacity) is an independent unit. It can be used separately from the main cabinet or in combination with the main cabinet, directly outputting from the DC 300V output terminal on the back panel of the cabinet.

Operation steps:
During operation, rubber insulating gloves must be worn, and rubber insulating pads must be placed on the chair and under the feet! Only when the test light is off and there is no high voltage output state, can the connection or disconnection of the tested object be carried out!
Connect the tested object when the voltmeter indicates "0" and the test light is off, and ensure the ground wire is connected properly.
Set the required leakage current test value.
Press the preset switch.
Select the required alarm current range.
Adjust the leakage current preset potentiometer to the required alarm value.
Manual test:
Set the timer switch to manual position, press the start button, the test light turns on, and rotate the voltage adjustment knob to the required indicated value.
After the test, adjust the voltage to 1/2 of the test value, then press the reset button, the voltage output is cut off, the test light turns off, and the tested object is qualified.
If the tested object exceeds the specified leakage current value, the instrument automatically cuts off the output voltage, and simultaneously the buzzer alarms and the over-leakage indicator lights up. At this time, the tested object is unqualified. Press the reset button to clear the alarm sound.
Timed test:
When the timer switch is set to "timed", set the time preset dial to set the required test time.
Press the start button and adjust the voltage to the required test value.
When the time is up, the test voltage is cut off, and the tested object is qualified. If the current is too large and the time is not up, the over-leakage light turns on, the buzzer alarms, and the tested object is unqualified.
DC test:
Press the voltage conversion switch to set it to DC gear.
Connect the tested object to the high voltage DC output terminal with a high voltage wire.
Then follow steps 3 and 4 of the above operation steps.
Note: The high voltage DC output terminal is negative voltage.
The setting range of the leakage current alarm value is between 0.3mA and 10mA. When it exceeds 10mA, the current automatically protects and alarms.
Remote test:
Connect the remote test accessory to the instrument and select the test voltage (AC/DC).
Set the required test voltage value.
Set the required leakage current test value.
Connect the remote test rod to the tested object.
Press the start switch on the high voltage rod to test, and release this switch when the test ends.
