Main features
The instrument adopts a 240×64 dot matrix LCD display (with backlight) to simultaneously display 20 parameters such as three-phase voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency factor, frequency, etc.
It can test the electrical parameters required for no-load and short-circuit tests.

Withstand voltage test:
For the withstand voltage test, an external test transformer is required. The rated capacity of the test transformer must not exceed 25KVA, the input voltage is 400V, and the instrument voltage is 100V.
Connect the connecting wires, turn the changeover switch to the "withstand voltage" position, turn on the power, and the zero position indicator light will be on (if the zero position indicator light is not on, press the "voltage reduction" button to return the voltage regulator to zero), press the "attract" button, the working indicator light and the withstand voltage indicator light will be on, press the "voltage increase" button, the voltage increase indicator light will be on, and the voltage regulator will increase voltage uniformly at a speed of 2 revolutions/s, while closely paying attention to the instrument indication and the condition of the test object.
When the required test voltage is reached, press the "stop" button, the voltage increase indicator light will go off. At this time, it is necessary to control the withstand voltage time and pay attention to the condition of the test object. After the test is completed, press the "voltage reduction" button, the voltage reduction indicator light will be on, the voltage regulator will start to reduce voltage. After it returns to zero, press the "stop" button, and turn the changeover switch to the "off" position.
During the test, if the test object is short-circuited or breaks down, the overcurrent relay in the control console will operate to protect the test transformer from being burned out.
