Switchgear Power-on Test Bench
1. In the technical parameters, items
1 – 5 are each controlled by independent contactors, with 10A and 20A air switches connected in series before the output terminals as short-circuit protection. According to special user requirements, items
1 – 5 in the parameters can be closed simultaneously without interlocking. Please pay attention to the usage requirements.
It is best to have only one group of power outputs working at a time.
2. In the technical parameters, items
6 – 7 are not controlled by contactors; as long as the main power switch is closed, single-phase AC220V output (fixed value) and three-phase AC380V output (fixed value) can be provided.
3. The three-phase transfer switches K1, K2, and K3 respectively control the three-phase AC380V voltmeter, three-phase AC ammeter, and three-phase AC operation instructions on the panel.
Take the verification of a single-phase AC voltmeter as an example:
1. Connect the input power supply AC380V
2. Connect the AC operation voltage output power cord to the voltmeter
3. Check and confirm the wiring is correct, then turn on the main power switch
4. Return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the "Close" button
5. Then press the "Close" button for AC operation voltage on the panel
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the required value, and observe the voltmeter.
7. After the test, first press the "Open" button for AC operation voltage on the panel, then press the main "Open" button on the panel. Then, turn off the main power switch.
