1Triple Frequency Induced Withstand Voltage Test DeviceConnect the working circuit according to the principle. Ensure that the generator housing, control box housing, and common ground wire are properly grounded. Do not arbitrarily connect to tap water pipes, otherwise it will endanger personal and equipment safety.
2 According to the current level and withstand voltage time required for normal induced withstand voltage of the test object, set the action values of the overcurrent setting device and timing alarm device.
3 After preparation, check the circuit for correctness, then close the main power switch of the generator, and the power indicator light will turn on.
4 Press the start button, the green button indicator light turns on. Then rotate the voltage regulator handle uniformly and slowly clockwise, the voltage gradually rises, and closely monitor the voltmeter indication and the condition of the test object until the required test voltage is reached.
5 To test the withstand voltage time of the product, set the timer to the desired time. The product will be tested for withstand voltage within the specified time, then the main circuit will automatically power off. At this time, return the voltage regulator handle to zero, press the stop button, and cut off the main power switch.
