In addition to performing external power frequency high voltage tests on the main insulation of fully insulated transformers, it is also necessary to conduct induced high voltage tests on the longitudinal insulation of transformers and the main insulation of semi-insulated transformers.
Product Operation:
1, Connect the power supply, close the air switch, and the green indicator light on the control device will light up.
2, Return the voltage regulator to zero, press the red start button, and the triple frequency generator will start running, with the voltage regulator waiting to boost voltage.
3, Adjust the voltage regulator to the required test voltage, closely monitor the current and voltage values in the control device, and make detailed records.
4, If during the test, the test object experiences insulation breakdown between turns, layers, sections, or phases, the test current in the control circuit will increase, and the relay will immediately trip and cut off the power.
5, After the test, return the voltage regulator to zero.
1. No-load test of this device
Connect the three-phase 380V power supply directly to the "A, B, C" input terminals on the back of the device. The test method is the same as the no-load test method for the split-type triple frequency power generator.
2. Load test
(1) Connect the three-phase 380V power supply directly to the "A, B, C" input terminals on the back of the device; connect the two ends of the test object to the "a, x" output terminals on the back respectively; connect the ground wire properly;
(2) Turn on the power, return the voltage regulator handle to zero, and the power indicator light (green) will light up; press the red button, the contactor closes, and the working indicator light (red) lights up;
(3) Rotate the voltage regulator handle clockwise evenly, closely watch the output voltage meter, when the voltage rises to the required value, turn on the timer switch (the time relay is set to 040 according to test requirements), and start timing the withstand voltage test;
(4) If during the test, the test object experiences insulation breakdown between turns, layers, sections, or phases, the test current in the control circuit will increase, and the relay will immediately trip and cut off the power.
(5) After the test, return the voltage regulator to zero.
(6) Turn off the power switch, and the test is completed.
