Triple Frequency Induced Withstand Voltage Generator Working Principle:
Triple Frequency Induced Withstand Voltage GeneratorThree single-phase transformers have their primary sides connected in a star configuration, and the secondary sides connected in an open delta. When a symmetrical three-phase sinusoidal power supply is applied to the primary side, and the voltage is raised to saturate the iron core magnetic circuit, the third harmonic component in the magnetic flux of the core increases, correspondingly inducing a higher third harmonic voltage on the core coil.
This 150 Hz (three times the power frequency) induced voltage output from the secondary side of the open delta generator serves as the test power supply voltage for triple frequency testing.
Product Applications:
1. Widely used for frequency-doubled induced withstand voltage testing of voltage transformers.
2. Conduct phase-separated frequency-doubled induced withstand voltage testing on power transformers.
3. Perform frequency-doubled induced withstand voltage testing on other inductive coil type electrical products.
Performance Features:
1. Adopts a three-phase five-limb structure, simplifying the process, reducing the internal impedance and leakage flux loss of the transformer body, and improving the efficiency of the generator.
2. The weight and volume are smaller than the traditional three single-phase transformer groups, and it is equipped with a control box of corresponding capacity, making it convenient for on-site use.
3. This product can be used as a 150Hz power source for induced withstand voltage testing of transformers and electrical equipment of corresponding capacity, or for short-term operation.
