l Parameter setting: The large-screen touch LCD color screen and external mouse can directly complete various parameter settings. Settings or selections can be made for start frequency, end frequency, start voltage, step voltage boost and timing, measurement of voltage divider ratio, excitation transformer ratio, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, test mode, capacitance-inductance frequency interchange calculation, parameter setting prompts, and help.
l Test mode: Operated via touch screen and external mouse, with three running states: fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. It has functions such as voltage boost, tuning (including manual and automatic), segmented voltage application and timing, running status, mode switching, fault indication, and capacitance-inductance frequency interchange calculation.
l Protection functions and information prompts: Equipped with multiple protection functions including high-voltage overvoltage protection, low-voltage overcurrent and overcurrent protection, as well as detuning protection, zero-position, flashover protection, emergency shutdown, and undervoltage protection.
l Data storage function: Test results can be saved, printed, uploaded, and recalled.
a. Test results: After manual or automatic testing, the detailed parameters during the test can be displayed on the test results interface. If the test is interrupted, the interruption status can be indicated. The parameters can be saved in a non-volatile memory that can store 50 test records.
b. Data query: Saved test result data can be displayed on the screen. It also has a USB interface for data output and printing, or can use the printer carried by the device.
l Automatic voltage stabilization function: The system automatically tracks and maintains a stable test voltage based on the set test voltage or manual voltage boost results, with voltage stability up to 1.5%.
l Frequency adjustment range and frequency resolution can be set: The frequency adjustment range can be set to 20-300Hz, 45-65Hz, 50Hz, or as needed, to speed up the tuning process; frequency resolution can be preset to 0.1Hz, 0.2Hz, 1.0Hz, or 2.0Hz as needed, achieving an optimal balance between tuning efficiency and tuning accuracy.
Frequency adjustment is divided into coarse and fine tuning, and can automatically find the test resonance point. The high voltage resonant test device ensures that the resonance frequency does not drift during the entire test.
