Power outage occurred in Chongming Residential Area, Dachaidan Administrative Committee, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province. After receiving the repair request, Xiong Guoxi, the leader of the distribution network inspection and repair class of State Grid Dachaidan Power Supply Company, immediately organized repair personnel to rush to the scene. During the repair process, each repair personnel maintained a high level of concentration, carefully executing every production instruction. No one complained of fatigue or hardship... until the withstand voltage test was completed.
