Power test equipment requires maintenance and repair. Below, the editor will take you to understand the maintenance and repair of the loop resistance tester.
1. Verify the usability of the equipment
Before using the instrument, first observe whether the appearance of the instrument is damaged. After powering on, check whether the instrument panel displays and whether the display is complete. For instruments that have not been used for a long time, also check whether the wiring terminals on the output part are corroded or aged. If so, clean them up before use. When using, please refer to the "Operation" method.
2. Maintenance of the equipment
After each test, clean the wires on the instrument's wiring terminals, turn off the power, unplug the power cord, close the case cover, and place it in a dry, dust-free, ventilated room without corrosive gases.
3. Replacement method of the fuse
The fuse of the instrument is integrated with the power socket of the instrument. When replacing, first unplug the power cord, and use a small flat-head screwdriver to pry out the fuse box from the top.
